• Dispatch Time:
  We ship your orders on priority basis within 24 hours so they reach to our beloved customers on time. In some circumstance, shipping time can be effected due to public holidays, bad weather and some unavoidable reason. Nakasa ships all packages from our warehouse in West Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi, India.
• Domestic Shipping:
  In general, domestic shipments are delivered within 3-7 business days time (the delivery might take more or less amount of time in rare cases depending upon accessibility of location, time of the year as well as any external uncontrollable factors impacting any region).
• International Shipping:
  Nakasa has been delivering to the customers from all across world. Through its worldwide distribution network, its products reach more than 100+ countries around the world mainly including UK, USA, Europe, Australia, Canada and New Zealand. 
  We use the service of major internationally trusted shipping services like DHL, Royal Mail, FedEx, USPS, Aramex, India Post to make sure the delivery of your order safely on time.

  
  International Economy Shipping: It arrives in around 5-15 business days in Countries like: UK, Australia, USA, Canada, Mauritius. For other Countries it arrives in 10-21 days after dispatch.

  International Express Shipping: Express shipped orders to overseas generally arrive in 3-7 business days from dispatch time depending upon accessibility of the country and your location within the country.

  You can choose your preferred shipping method on the cart page during the checkout process.

• Change Of Shipping Address / Contact Details:
  For change requests of delivery address or contact information of the recipient, please share the relevant details via email on contact@nakasabags.com before dispatch of the parcel. Once your order is dispatched we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order.
• Exceeded Delivery Time:
  We are committed to delivering your orders on time and would try our best to ship the orders timely, as per our promise. We use third party delivery partners, and we are not responsible for delays in delivery dispatch of the order. Additionally, in the event of service interruptions caused by events beyond our control, we would not be able to guarantee on-time shipment.

Cancellations

If you change your mind after you have placed an order, please reach out to us over email and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

Duties & Taxes

GST: GST is collected on all domestic orders and is included in the prices displayed for all products.

Import Duties & Taxes: Occasionally, import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies from country to country, and we encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, we will not be responsible for non-delivery of orders, and will not be able provide any support on such import duty and taxes levied by destination country’s policy.
