• Prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Orders

• Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS.

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if we suspect fraudulent activity or for any other reason deemed necessary.

• If an item is out of stock or unavailable, we will notify you and offer a suitable alternative or a refund.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver across India and internationally (if applicable). Shipping charges are displayed at checkout.

• Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours. Delivery timelines vary by location.

• Delays caused by courier services, weather, or customs (for international orders) are beyond our control.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item received is damaged or defective.

• To request a return/exchange, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with video of the product and the reason for the same.

• Approved refunds (if any) will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

6. Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement.

• Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not permitted.
